Invoices and other documents (PDFs, mails etc) are analysed and the data is automatically read from the scanned image. Document Capture uses predefined document templates to place the data in the right fields in Business Central. New templates are generated continuously. And you can easily modify them by highlighting text on the scanned image and linking it to the correct fields.

Matchting purchase orders with data from Business Central

Document Capture includes an advanced set of functions for matching purchase invoices with existing purchase orders. So the software can save you time and money. Because it is highly efficient. Matching therefore allows you to assign employees to other more meaningful tasks.
