CLOUD SOLUTIONS WITH MICROSOFT AZURE

Thinking of moving your IT to the cloud?
Would you like to know what is possible in terms of cloud computing?
Or do you (for the time being) only want to work this way with a few applications?

We would also like to be your partner in this. Because cloud computing offers many advantages. And it is a world in full swing.

But there is not just one solution, several are possible. Whichever approach your company prefers, we are happy to think along with you and have solutions in-house. And we can outline a growth path from, for example, mail to online data backup, to specific applications and finally to complete ICT in the cloud.

CLOUD SOLUTIONS IN VARIOUS VERSIONS

Most companies today use Office365 and Outlook mail in the cloud. And the number of applications we all use in the cloud will certainly only increase. After all, online software use is unstoppable.

So you and your company too are probably already using solutions in the cloud. But how do you see this for all your other applications?

Are you a company that has relatively light IT with not too many applications? Or do you want to get rid of a server in your own company and put everything in the cloud? That could be a very conscious choice. For example, because you don’t want to set up an infrastructure for this in your company. Or because you want to outsource as much as possible anyway. In that case, a dedicated private environment is probably the best solution for your company. It is a solution where you rent servers on the internet and where you can store all your applications and data. So that all your ICT is centralised there.

Do you want to use specific software applications such as ERP or CRM in the cloud? Maybe your supplier offers that ready-made as online Software-as-a-Service (Saas). But maybe not. There are several forms of solution for this too. You can do this in your own private environment or in an environment you share with others (but professionally protected). You may want to use certain software in the cloud, while you may prefer to run some other software locally. So you can go to a mix of both worlds for all your applications. And this is called hybrid cloud computing.

Hybrid is a form of IT that we will see more and more. Also because today not all packages are ready for the full online cloud. And because some packages are sometimes better left to be used locally after all.

Apart from higher-end applications, many companies today also use the cloud to do online backup of their existing data.

Either way, cloud computing has many uses.

The platform we use for building cloud solutions is Microsoft Azure.
